If you’re a fan of the ultimate indie darling, otherwise known as Stardew Valley, then you need to download this awesome freebie.
Stardew Valley was originally released in 2016 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox before making its way to many more systems including mobile devices. Since that time, indie developer ConcernedApe has supported this ever-popular farm sim with a generous amount of free content updates.
Check out the Stardew Valley trailer below!
“You've inherited your grandfather's old farm plot in Stardew Valley. Armed with hand-me-down tools and a few coins, you set out to begin your new life,” reads the synopsis. “Can you learn to live off the land and turn these overgrown fields into a thriving home?”

Now, after nearly a decade of chill farming goodness, Stardew Valley fans are eagerly awaiting its sequel, Haunted Chocolatier. However, seeing as we still don't have a solid release date for Haunted Chocolatier, we can more than make do with its predecessor.
Not only is Stardew Valley continually supported by its developer, but modders are always breathing new life into the game with additional content, such as ‘Stardew Valley Expanded’ created by a team of modders available for free right now via Nexusmods.
“Stardew Valley Expanded is a fanmade expansion for ConcernedApe's Stardew Valley,” reads the description of the mod in question.
“This mod adds 28 new NPCs, 58 locations, 278 character events, 40 fish, reimagined vanilla areas, three farm maps, a reimagined world map reflecting all changes, new music, questlines, objects, crops, festivals, and many miscellaneous additions.”

That's not all either as soo too is this mod constantly updated with Version 1.15 now having landed.
Sadly, this mod is only available on the PC version of Stardew Valley but there is some positive news to bring.
Stardew Valley shouldn't be a very demanding game on your PC system whatsoever, so there’s a good chance that you can play the full game without issue as well as its mods such as the one featured in today’s article.
Stardew Valley is out now on just about every platform imaginable.
