A new Hogwarts Legacy mods gives wizards the remarkable power of time control, altering the day and night cycle.
It’s hard to believe Hogwarts Legacy is still as popular now as it was when the game first released months ago. So far, thousands of wizards across all platforms, except Nintendo Switch which gets a port later this year, have visited the School of Witchcraft and Wizardy, raking in over $1 billion in the process.

While players patiently wait for an update on a second Hogwarts Legacy game, which is basically inevitable at this point, the modding community have gone wild adding their own improvements and features.

These mods range from a 200-player multiplayer server, which went about as well as you’d expect, new spells, a highly-requested system of consequences for being a dark wizard, and my personal favourite, wizards that use guns instead of wands.
Now though, a new mod gives players the ability to fast forward the sky Moon Knight-style, perfect for in-game photographers or picky explorers.
Titled Tempus Imperium - Day Night Cycle Speed Modifications, the mod gives the player the ability to control the speed at which time flows in the world of Hogwarts Legacy. You can speed the day along if you’d rather enjoy a nighttime backdrop to your exploration, or reverse it if you’d rather soak in some sunshine.
Speeding up or slowing down time doesn’t alter any in-game world events, so you can make as many chronological tweaks as you’d like without it messing up your gameplay.

The mod was reportedly created due to the oddly quick day and night cycle present in the game, meaning players now have a choice is what time of day they’d rather do their gallivanting in.
Tempus Imperium - Day Night Cycle Speed Modifications can be downloaded via NexusMods right now.
