Since the announcement that Hogwarts Legacy will officially support modding on PC, the floodgates have opened and the already busy modding scene has amped up.
One mod, available through CurseForge, brings a bunch of new spells for players to wield.
Spells Enhanced “adds 18 brand-new spells to Hogwarts Legacy, expanding your magical toolkit with a mix of offensive, defensive, utility, and enemy exclusive abilities”.

The spells can be enhanced using talent upgrades, changing how the spell looks, acts, and raises the damage.
Whether you’re after teleportation, high-damage, or need crowd control, there’s a spell here for you.
Hogwarts Legacy now officially supports modding on PC
Loading this mod into your game doesn’t simply unlock everything ready for use; the creator notes that spells are locked behind quests and full quest lines, in order to maintain “balance and immersion".

A built-in widget does allow all spells to be unlocked, by simply pressing ‘F6,’ so if you want to get stuck in, you won’t be held back from doing so.
The creator of this mod says that “each spell is carefully crafted to feel lore friendly and blend naturally with the game's combat and casting system for a seamless experience”.
If you want authenticity, this seems like a good place to start while expanding your next playthrough.
Ever since the release of Hogwarts Legacy, Harry Potter fans have wanted to wield all kinds of spells, whether that’s for bigger effect damage, or channelling elements for frost and fire.

Through modding, not only can you get your hands (and wand) around these kinds of spells, but delving deeper, there are hundreds of new quests, characters, and mythical animals to find.
With the recent update that a paid official DLC has been cancelled too, along with a definitive edition of the game, the world of mods is the only place we'll be able to secure bonus in-game content for Hogwarts Legacy.
