It’s always good to see a game get a resurrection, and it’s a story that doesn’t happen all that often, so we must celebrate these wins as they occur.
This success story comes from the Nintendo Switch and the game, Deliver Us the Moon. Now, this game has been out for various consoles for a while and was once slated for the Switch, but it didn’t happen.
Deliver Us the Moon had a Martian follow up for PlayStation and Xbox
This was back in ye olde Covid times. The developer and publisher stated at the time that “industry-wide stresses that have been felt by the Covid-19 pandemic” caused them to cancel the game’s appearance on Switch.

But now it’s back. Hurrah, and such.
While there is no definite date for the game to land on the Nintendo hybrid console, you can see it in the Coming Soon section of the eShop, and it’s all been confirmed by the publisher, Wired Productions.
If you’re not sure what the game is, let me tell you. You’ll be playing as an astronaut in an apocalyptic near future where resources are drying up on Earth. It’s now up to you, and your cute robot companion, to save humanity. No big deal.
With plenty of puzzles, situations of danger, and of course, the empty vacuum of space, you’ll need to take advantage of futuristic technology in order to stay alive.

The game is highly acclaimed by both critics and fans who love the puzzles, but also the game’s narrative on the future we build for ourselves and the danger humankind poses to the planet.
Hopefully, the game will see plenty of players when it finally arrives, four years after it should have debuted. This little story goes to show that it’s not over until its over, and there’s always a chance.
