Grab a pen and your calendars, assuming you still use physical calendars (I’ve just aged myself here).
Whatever you use to mark special occasions, use it now, for rumour has it that 6 February will be a big deal for GTA VI fans.
This isn’t some new bizarre theory about the second trailer, but rather the date when Take-Two Interactive will hold its next earnings conference.

In previous meetings, promising updates regarding GTA VI have been given, specifically that everything is going according to plan.
Fans surmise 6 Feb will reveal whether a delay is happening or not.
Fears of a delay have been prevalent for some time now, however, they’ve arguably gathered momentum since the new year.

It’s a lot of back and forth that’s driving fans around the bend.
Hopefully, once we know the full details of this conference, we’ll all be able to breathe a sigh of relief.
Or start panicking if a delay is even remotely suggested.
Some Rockstar fans aren’t convinced that we’ll have definite answers one way or the other.

User Snoo_89262 remarked how Take-Two doesn’t even know if a delay is necessary or not.
To this, ZOoNeR_ said, “Exactly even if the call states it's still on track it wouldn't mean a delay is off the table.”
Other fans are holding onto faith alone to trust that GTA VI will launch without a hitch.
“I have faith that it won’t be delayed,” posted HavenTheCat, before suggesting that marketing for the game will start in earnest after this conference.

We wish we could be that confident.
The countdown to 6 Feb has begun.
Even if you don’t put much value in such a conference, you’ll likely be watching for updates all the same. That’s the impact GTA VI has already had on us.
