Fans think Rockstar is teasing another GTA VI reveal following its latest social media post.
Rockstar Games is offering another freebie in Grand Theft Auto V, giving players the chance to grab some in-game clothing for their characters by simply playing the game.

This is a normal occurrence for the developer and usually involves an announcement on social media informing players of the new prize and how they can acquire it, however, some fans think the latest post is once again teasing Grand Theft Auto VI.

Rockstar is yet to break its radio silence on the next iteration of Grand Theft Auto, though that hasn’t stopped fans from finding and sharing leaks from the upcoming title, as well as theorising when it might be released.
Social media has been a big part of their investigations, with fans now thinking the developer is teasing them with an update, due to a subtle background detail in its latest tweet.
The tweet reads: “Happy Moon Festival! Play GTA Online anytime this week to get the Red Happy Moon Tee and join the festivities,” and is accompanied by a picture of the new threads up for grabs. Eagle-eyed fans have pointed out that the Vinewood sign is in the background of the image, and the ‘V’ and ‘I’ are the letters most visible.
Coincidence? Fans think not, as many believe it’s intentional, and is either hinting at an upcoming reveal/announcement or blatantly mockery from Rockstar.

“Now THIS is definitely intentional, the real teasers begin now.”
“The VI has got to be intentional they're just fucking with us now lmao.”
“Ya'll are just teasing us at this point.”
While the choice in visible letters definitely seems intentional, it’s more than likely a red herring, especially since many anticipated a GTA VI reveal during the recent 10th anniversary of GTA V, leaving many heartbroken when it didn’t happen.

When Grand Theft Auto VI eventually releases, it’ll be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and potentially PC, though it could be released on that platform slightly later.
