When the first GTA VI trailer was released, we also learned that the game will launch at some point at the end of this year on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S (assuming it’s not delayed).
Sadly, as of right now, the PC release hasn't been announced but we’re sure it will arrive, eventually.
We also know that the story will at least take place in Miami, though it’s speculated that GTA VI will feature other North American regions and it will star the criminal duo of Jason and Lucia.
Other than that, we don't know much else about GTA VI, until Rockstar Games treats us with new details. One thing we can safely assume is that GTA VI will have a huge map and will likely take us many hours to finish its story.

But how long will the GTA VI story be? It’s anyone’s guess right now but that hasn't stopped fans from speculating on Reddit.
“How long do you think the GTA VI story will be?” asked Redditor Jolly_Ad6643. “GTA V was somewhere between 30 to 50 hours, depending on what you’re trying to complete and I can only hope that GTA VI will be longer.”

“The Sweet spot would be around 50 to 60 hours, excluding all the random encounters and side missions,” replied MysteriousBrick6057.
“I think the story is gonna be a little shorter than RDR2, so I’m gonna say 40(ish) hours. They don’t have to make this game super long, just pace it well and tell a thought-out story,” said Iburntmym0uth.
“I think this time it will be long, to give us something to do for 10 to 15 years. Perhaps 110 to 120 missions,” suggested Wokekyller with Thread-Astaire joking “12 minutes”.
I agree with many of the users on the thread, the story doesn't need to be too long, just fulfilling and well-paced. That being said, for any game that takes an average of 50 hours to complete, I’d probably add on another 100 hours with how I like to explore every nook and cranny.
