NetEase's Where Winds Meet has been announced for release in 2025, and it looks like a good mix of Ghost of Tsushima and The Witcher.
Where Winds Meet is a third-person action game set in ancient China at the 10th century, and inspired by the folklore and culture of that period.
You play as a young sword master who sets on a journey to discover more about their past, during an age where political power struggles shape the course of Chinese history.

Where Winds Meet is having another beta test later this spring.
Where Winds Meet will apparently feature a "seamless open world" with "thousands of points of interest" across various regions. There are different activities you can do while exploring, with NetEase aiming to make them feel as authentic to the period as it possibly can.
As an RPG, you'll also be able to create and customise your own character and shape them using skills and upgrades.

So, depending on the choices you make when building your character, you can use a variety of different methods to play how you want.
The combat of Where Winds Meet takes heavy inspiration from Wuxia, a genre of Chinese fiction featuring elements of historical fantasy, where warriors use martial arts to accomplish their goals.
The combat will use skills, attacks, and parry systems inspired by Wuxia, and you'll be able to use various types of martial arts to define your combat style.
Where Winds Meet can be played either as a single-player title, or you can bring in up to three friends to play the campaign in full co-op.

According to the store page, the game also has a competitive multiplayer mode where you can play with up to players in a server, but details on that are pretty light at the moment.
Where Winds Meet doesn't have a release date set in stone yet, but it's expected to launch sometime in 2025.
Closed beta testing is currently available for registration, and will be running from 16 May to 19 May.
