Although it will be a while until we see Fallout 5, the wait is set to be a lot less painful as a brand-new Fallout RPG was released just yesterday.
In development for the past five years, Fallout: London is a fan-made title that acts as a whole new unofficial entry in the Fallout franchise.
Check out the official trailer for Fallout: London below!
The project was originally meant to be released earlier this year but was unfortunately delayed after Bethesda released an official update for Fallout 4.

This was released following the worldwide success of the hit Prime Video Fallout adaptation which saw players both old and new flock to the 2015 RPG.
The official synopsis for Fallout: London is:
“True to its moniker, Fallout: London takes place in London.
From stuffy parliamentary aristocrats to a resurrection of the Knights of the Round Table to an uncompromising cult of revolutionaries (and more!), Fallout: London embodies the history and aesthetics of London and puts an unmistakably nuclear spin on the beloved city.”

Not only does it feature a brand-new story but it also includes fully-voiced NPCs, 200 unique quests and an estimated 90 hours of gameplay.
Although Fallout: London’s developers originally planned to delay the project until they made the mod compatible with the new update, they have since decided to release it regardless.
This means that Fallout: London will only be accessible to a Fallout 4 download that has not been updated to the next-gen version.
However, in the best news yet, it is completely free and can be downloaded via GOG.

Since its release yesterday, it has already received positive reviews with players struggling to believe it is not an official title by Bethesda.
It remains to be seen what official reviews will look like in upcoming weeks but for those eager for the next Fallout adaptation, this will definitely make the wait a lot easier.
