Have you ever wanted to play a massive survival RPG that conjures some of the best elements of Bethesda’s Fallout series and No Man’s Sky from Hello Games? If so, this Steam game could be for you.
The Fallout series is one Bethesda’s of most believed franchises whether you prefer the classic top-down RPG from a time before the publisher acquired the licence or the more recent entries of today such as Fallout 4.

As for No Man’s Sky, sure when the game was initially released in 2016 fans looking forward to its launch had every reason to have felt misled by Hello Games head honcho, Sean Murray. However, over time it’s fair to say that No Man’s Sky became the game that we were promised when it was first announced in 2013, and then some.

Well, if both the Fallout series and No Man’s Sky are something that you enjoy, but are after something a little different, then the massive survival RPG called Forever Skies on PC is worth your consideration.
At the time of writing, Forever Skies has an impressive user review rating of ‘Very Positive’ on the Steam platform from over 2,500 users. “It’s hard to believe this game is still in Early Access. It’s likely the content amount will need to keep growing, but the quality of gameplay itself at this stage is better than some fully released games I've bought,” said user richv68. “Totally engrossing. Reality fell away as I played this game. I’m really glad that I bought it!” exclaimed billyclub.
“Forever Skies is a first-person post-apocalyptic survival game. Return to Earth, ravaged by an ecological disaster. Fly, upgrade and customise your mobile high-tech airship base,” reads the description from developer and publisher, Far From Home. “Scavenge resources to survive, face dangers on the surface and hunt for viral pathogens to cure a mysterious illness.”
If Forever Skies looks like a game you might want to check out, it’s available on Steam now. It’s also apparently coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at some point in the near future.
