Fallout: New Vegas is the best Fallout game that’s ever been made, there’s no denying it, it just is.
If a remaster or remake ever gets released it might just be the best decision Bethesda ever makes, even better if it’s a full-on sequel.
Fallout 5 could in theory be just that depending on when and where it’s set, but in all likelihood it’ll likely be a new story set in a new region as it’s supposed to be, no complaints there. New Vegas will return though in the second season of the Fallout series coming later this year.

If you’re a Fallout: New Vegas fan let me ask you this, did you know you can play the game with a friend via multiplayer?
Some fans probably didn’t know that, as in a Reddit thread where someone was trying to find a multiplayer mod for Fallout 4, someone pointed out “there’s one for New Vegas that my friends got working and played on about a year ago."
This was quite a nice surprise for some, like one fan who exclaimed “YOU CAN PLAY NV MULTIPLAYER?”
Turns out it’s pretty easy to do so as well as multiplayer mods for the title have been around for quite a while, it’s just a case of finding one that still works and is easily installable/playable.

Of course you have to consider that Fallout: New Vegas wasn’t made with multiplayer in mind, but who cares it’s the novelty of playing it with a friend that you’ll care about, not how well it works.
For a true multiplayer Fallout experience though you’ll want to try Fallout 76, which has come a long way since its rocky launch and recently added a fishing minigame to its open-world, so it’s clearly a much better game now.
