“Fallout 2 is the sequel to the critically acclaimed game that took RPG'ing out of the dungeons and into a dynamic, apocalyptic retro-future. It's been 80 long years since your ancestors trod across the wastelands,” reads the synopsis of the game.
Don't get us wrong, Fallout 2 is still a fantastic game to play today, even after all these years yet we can't help but wonder, what would this RPG be like remade in the modern era as an open-world game?

Developed using Fallout 4’s Creation engine, in a gameplay comparison video shared on YouTube, the impressive faithfully recreated Fallout 2 looks like it could be a joy to play for both new and returning fans.
