It seems that we’ve been getting a lot of free games thrown our way recently, and now you can claim even more.
Whether it’s Steam or Prime Gaming, you won't see us complaining at the offer of fantastic video games at no cost. The latest freebies are being given away by Epic Games via its own digital storefront. There are two titles on offer.
A free demo of Lies Of P is available on all major platforms now.
The two free games in question are Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and theHunter: Call of the Wild. As the name of the second game quite clearly suggests, it is a hunting game. Though sadly not of the monster vs human variety such as Dead by Daylight, but rather human vs nature. I suppose you could say ‘monster vs nature’.

“Experience an atmospheric hunting game like no other in this realistic and visually breathtaking open world,” reads the synopsis. “Immerse yourself in the atmospheric single-player campaign, or share the ultimate hunting experience with friends.”
The second game in question is where all the fun is seemingly at. Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a Dungeons & Dragons-inspired action-adventure strategy game. It’s worth mentioning that this game is actually already free-to-play, however, the Epic Games offer includes the ‘Wulfgar’s Legends of Renown Pack’ said to have a value of over $100 USD.
The ‘Wulfgar’s Legends of Renown Pack’ includes: five champion character unlocks, an exclusive skin and weapon, Gold Regis Chests which guarantee at least two Shiny equipment cards, and more. If you want to take advantage of either of these offers, you better claim that ASAP, as both offers expire on 29 June 2023. So act fast.
In related news, the critically acclaimed Prey from Bethesda is currently free to download and play now. What’s more, Steam has just released another batch of six free games. Happy days.
