Call Of Duty: Warzone 2 will deliver a completely new open-world map with brand-new points of interest, according to a well-known industry insider.
Tom Henderson, who has previously accurately leaked details on Battlefield 2042 and Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, has shared a new image of the upcoming Call Of Duty battle royale's current map and the various areas that players will be able to explore/fight on.

Henderson has previously leaked information by providing drawings to give us a clearer picture of what he's learned, and so it is that he's once again taken what he's currently hearing from sources at Activision to create an approximation of the Warzone 2 map. As he stresses himself, various parts of the map could shift or change during development.

Sharing the map exclusively with Try Hard Guides, Henderson has revealed a map that looks to be a major departure from both Verdansk and Caldera, the current Warzone map.
Check it out below:
The Warzone 2 map is packed with new POIs, including Oasis, War-torn, Quarry, Oilfield, Modern City, Hydro Station, Marshes, Harbor, Caves, Observatory, Mountain Town, Sira, Old Town, Graveyard, Fish to Win, Airport, Shipwreck and Fort. You'll notice the map is also surrounded by a good amount of water, which backs up Henderson's previous claims that swimming will be a new feature in Warzone 2.

It was also previously reported that that several popular Modern Warfare 2 maps would be worked into Warzone 2's larger map. We'd assume that Terminal will be located in the Airport area, while Highrise will be somewhere in the Modern City. Favela is also rumoured to be somewhere on the map - perhaps on the very edge of the city?
Call Of Duty: Warzone 2 is currently aiming for a 2023 release date, but if this map is anything to go by, fans are in for a treat.
