Can I shock you and tell you I actually think Batman: Arkham Knight is a total banger of a video game, and a fitting ending to the Arkham trilogy?
Okay, so the tank sections are a bit naff, and it's definitely not quite as good as Arkham Asylum or Arkham City, but I maintain it's a fantastic Batman game - one that still looks gorgeous and plays beautifully. That's why I'm so delighted to see a brand-new game that's quite clearly been inspired by Arkham Knight.
Check it out in action below!
ENENRA: DΔEMON CORE looks like if Arkham Knight had a baby with Cyberpunk 2077 and that baby immediately came out of the womb on a skateboard pulling off kickflips while listening to deep tech house. It's one sick-ass baby, in other words.

ENENRA is a third-person action indie set in the cyberpunk world of Neo Tokyo. It's very early days for the project (there's still no release date) but we're absolutely loving what we've seen so far. Anything that takes even an ounce of inspiration from the Arkham games' brutal, satisfying combat system is a winner in our books.
The game's developer, Zahid Ali Jeelani, explains: "ENENRA's combat system bridges the gap between a free flow multi target system and a focused single target lock on system allowing free movement and the ability to attack multiple targets. Quickly switch focus to a single target allowing for a variety of attacks including aerial combat, executions and targeted abilities."
The combat absolutely looks to be the star of the show here, but if it can balance itself with an interesting story and tight, satisfying level design, then ENENRA could well end up being on of the best surprises of... whatever year it actually ends up coming out. One to keep an eye on, for sure.
