With players finally getting out Baldur’s Gate 3 character customisation and starting their journey across the realms, their attention may have turned to what they can play next. Luckily, Sony has them covered with one RPG title recently being added to PlayStation Plus.
Nominated for Best RPG at The 2020 Game Awards, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is an RPG developed by Obsidian Entertainment and a direct sequel to 2015’s Pillars of Eternity. With turn-based combat and gameplay likened to that of Baldur’s Gate 3, the award-winning title sees you pursue a rogue god over land and sea.
Check out the Baldur's Gate 3 launch trailer below!
“The god Eothas awakened from his sleep, erupting from beneath your castle, killing your people and stealing a piece of your soul” reads the official Steam synopsis. “Now only you and your companions can uncover the rogue god's machinations as he tramples over the Deadfire Archipelago.
