The Dual Loop Hyper Liquid PC from Cyberpower PC is a beast of a machine, perfect for some quality high-end gaming. From the 1TB SSD to the RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, it’s a top tier tower that I’ve had an absolute pleasure gaming on.

This PC was uniquely custom built for us to be able to fully enjoy games at the best setting with some stunning raytracing. It features 2x Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB RAM, an Intel 12th Gen i7 CPU, and a 1TB SSD from Western Digital. All of this is packed onto a MSI Pro Z690-A motherboard with water cooling blocks installed across the various components including the RTX 3080 Ti graphics card. Needless to say, it’s a lot of high-end components with a custom built water cooling system which keeps it all very cool, and amazingly silent too.

To test this system out I booted up Microsoft Flight Simulator, partially because I wanted to fly the Halo Pelican. Straight off the bat, the recommended settings to play the game were maxed out at ‘ultra’, so already we’re off to an ideal start. Once in, I downloaded the Pelican and flew to some iconic landmarks around the work. It was just stunning. All the textures looked incredibly crisp and detailed, and everything loaded up so fast thanks to the 1TB SSD and the 32GB of RAM. It was a joy to fly around the world and take in all these rendered sites at ultra settings.

Now, let’s break down this system piece by piece to give you an in-depth look at what this PC has to offer. Gaming aside, the 32GB of RAM is absolutely incredible when it comes to using the PC generally. While it’s not a huge amount, it’s perfect for quickly loading up a variety of games and applications in pretty good time. Quick jumping between the likes of Steam to the Epic Games Launcher to Discord, it no longer takes me a millenia to quickly send someone a message and jump straight back into a game of Fortnite.

This perfectly works side by side with the Intel i7 CPU that’s installed onto the motherboard. While the RAM is great for loading all the apps and games, the CPU helps to keep things running smoothly. If you’re someone like me who has a stupid number of tabs open on Google Chrome, then you’ll know that the browser can quickly slow down a system, but for the most part I’ve been able to keep Chrome open in the background along with Discord and whatever game I’m playing.
While there is a plethora of games out there, my biggest go-to is Fortnite, and I needed to see how quick the system performed when I was in a casual game. It’s not everyday I’ll be flying around in a Pelican, whereas the battle royaleis a game many of us drop into quite frequently. Needless to say, this custom gaming PC didn’t completely lose its mind when I was jumping between the game and Discord or Slack, and it is thanks to the CPU and RAM in the system. Without a doubt if it had 64GB of RAM and an i9 processor then we’d be living a dream. But it’s still a blissful life with what this system is packing, as I drop into Chonker’s Speedway.

Of course, another huge factor for speed is storage, and nothing is speedier than a solid state drive. Thanks to the Western Digital 1TB SSD, this PC boots up in a matter of seconds. In the past I’ve usually had time to make a cheeky brew while I waited for my system to load up, but not anymore. I’d be lucky to be able to grab a quick biscuit with how quick this drive loads everything.
Coupled with the CPU and RAM you’re looking at some proper speedy tech right here, perfect for playing huge open-world games. With that said though, the size of the drive is a sticking point, especially with the size of games these days. Installed about 4 games onto the system and I’m already halfway through the drive space, which isn’t great. While there is space to expand the drive, it’s a shame that it only came with 1TB.
Drive space aside, the RTX 3080 Ti is just the one when it comes to gaming. As stated earlier, I was able to play Flight Simulator at ultra settings, and the PC handled it with ease. Thanks to the water cooling block that was installed onto it, there’s very little risk of it running too hot when playing some of the more graphics intensive games. All in all, for a gaming PC it’s really the most ideal card you could ask for.

To tie all of this together is the MSI Pro Z690-A motherboard, with the custom water cooling system to keep everything running smoothly. What’s great about this motherboard is that it offers plenty of room for expansion with multi-GPU slots, and extra space for more RAM, meaning we can live our dream 64GB life soon enough. With the system as is, there’s nothing bad to be said as everything is running as well as well can be. With the SSD installed onto this motherboard, we get some dreamy load times across the board - as mentioned earlier - and there’s room to add more drives which will solve the lack of space that we have right now.
All in all, this Dual Loop Hyper Liquid PC from Cyberpower PC is one of the best systems I’ve ever gamed on. While it has a few flaws with drive space and RAM, these are things that can be easily solved thanks to the motherboard which will allow us to expand all of this down the line. But despite that, I’m still able to enjoy games at ultra settings with no issues and that’s all that anyone can ask for.
