However, if you were unlucky enough to miss the reboot trilogy, Xbox Game Pass has you covered as Tomb Raider (2013) has finally been added to the subscription service alongside Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition arrives to the Xbox Game Pass library alongside titles such as Have a Nice Death, Little Kitty, Big City, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and Kona II: Brume for this May and it is quite an impressive line-up to say the least.
With Rise of the Tomb Raider widely regarded as the best title in the trilogy, its other two entries can still be considered as epic action-adventure games by themselves. However, experiencing them all chronologically shows you how Lara Croft became the woman we know and love today.
This will also be the perfect time to revisit the trilogy considering the Tomb Raider Netflix animation is currently in development. The Legend of Lara Croft will reportedly add a “James Bond-esque” spin to Lara’s story and will feature Hayley Atwell in the titular role.
