Who tuned into Summer Game Fest yesterday? On the whole, I’d say it was a decent event. Of course, your response to these kinds of showcases will always depend on if the game’s revealed were up your alley, but I think it’s fair to say that there was a little something for everyone.

The most exciting reveal for me was the confirmation of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’s release date. I’ll give you a hint: we don’t have long to wait. Ubisoft surprised us all by announcing a new Prince of Persia game and no, it’s not the struggling Sands of Time remake. There was a brand new trailer for the upcoming Twisted Metal series, plus we discovered that Warzone is getting a The Boys crossover. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Mortal Kombat 1 dropped their first gameplay trailers but in between all of this, Geoff Keighley revealed a massive console giveaway courtesy of Xbox.

Speaking of that Mortal Kombat 1 gameplay, take a look below. Warning: It’s gruesome.

Midway through the showcase, Keighley revealed that Xbox had teamed up with Porsche to celebrate the luxury car company’s 75th anniversary. It’s a strange crossover, yes, but we’ll roll with it. To mark the occasion, a limited range of Xbox Series X consoles have been created, inspired by six classic Porsche racing cars. Keighley showcased one such design, based on the Porsche 963.

You can’t buy these consoles but you can get your hands on one another way. Essentially, they’re being given away - and we’ve got the details on how you can enter. There are 75 consoles in total ready to give away. To enter, you need to head to the designated giveaway website. There, simply enter your first name, last name, email address and country and click submit.

Happy 75th Birthday @porsche! As just announced by @geoffkeighley at #SummerGameFest, #Porsche is teaming up with @xbox to create 75 limited edition Xbox Series X. #Porsche75Xbox Enter for a chance to win at https://t.co/KELOObTyMW pic.twitter.com/TTFbX2aALe

It’s that simple. The competition will run until 1 October. You must be at least 18 years old to enter, and the giveaway is only open to residents of the US, UK, and Germany. It looks like you can enter more than once. When details are submitted, it reads, “Come back tomorrow to enter for another chance to win.” May the odds be ever in your favour.
