It was confirmed only a couple of weeks ago that Disney has cancelled the latest Star Wars show, The Acolyte.

It was cited in recent reports that low viewing figures were a big part of the cancellation, though it’s hard to see past the review-bombing by ‘fans’ who deemed the show “too woke.”

Star Wars Outlaws is out now and we had an absolute blast with it.

Now, for some reason, these ‘fans’ are review-bombing merchandise. They’re actually sitting behind their keyboards and review-bombing t-shirts because their ire runs that hot.

As seen on Twitter, a shirt was reviewed as one star and the review comment says “The shirt is just a poor design. Perfect example of what the show was as well. Poor design.”

Another called the shirt “Trash, trash, trash,” while another insisted that consumers buy merch from the original trilogy or prequels.

It’s an odd move on the part of the ‘fans’. After all, the show has been cancelled - likely because of this backlash - so is there any need to continue stomping the show into the ground?

This review-bombing is another attempt to smear the integrity and pride that others have regarding the show.

After all, it’s a t-shirt. A t-shirt that is, exactly the same as others on the website, except this one features a decal based on The Acolyte.

I’ll leave the rest of this article to fans of Star Wars…

“Imagine having this as your whole personality” said one Twitter user.

Another agreed saying, “I can’t fathom spending that much time and energy on something I hated.”

One Twitter reply simply said, “Jesus I wish I had that much free time on my hands - like do they really have nothing better to do?”

Then, further into the replies, we have this one, “It’s so funny because they say they don’t care about it, but in the same breath go out of their way to do this lmao.”
