I think we all knew it. You knew it. I knew it. George Lucas confirmed it. The Jedi definitely do the deed.
How could anyone say no to Ewan McGregor in Revenge of the Sith? His damn hair was a luscious mane and the charm just oozes out of him.
We've played Star Wars Outlaws and it's very good, we can't wait for more
When one Redditor asked if Jedi have to stay celibate, the top answer was, “No George Lucas specifically stated that they were allowed to have sex they just weren't allowed to have emotional attachments.”

So, what you’re saying is that Jedi one night stands are okay with the council? That sounds about right, to be honest.
You’ve got a bunch of horny space wizards all bundled together, something is bound to happen.
Redditor Throll was quick to point out, “The Jedi council promotes hook-up culture.”
This is further explained by Salarian_American who mentioned that this exact topic had come up in one of the High Republic novels.

They said, “They don't even try to get them to not have sex, they just provide counsel regarding attachments.”
This all makes sense. I never could believe that a Jedi would be hanging out in a bar and not hook up with a hot twi’lek.
And when they’re out on recon missions in the city, surely a night with someone would let off a little steam, just don’t call them the next day.
Not that we’re promoting that kind of thing, but it sure would have saved a lot of hassle in the films.

There are plenty of mentions in that thread about possible Jedi relationships including this one from LoneBassClarinet who said, “An example would be Kit Fisto and Aayla Secura having a somewhat secret sexual relationship.”
The less said about those speculating on Yoda and Yaddle the better, quite frankly.
