Not to criticise the original Star Wars films, but the fact that nobody noticed the Death Star has always puzzled us.

Given the size of the project, it seems hard to believe that not a single person noticed it was being built.

It would seem, though, that after years of not being able to figure out this glaringly obvious plot hole, an answer is coming.

Andor is by and large considered one of the best Star Wars stories told thus far.

Not merely because of its spy-thriller cinematography, but also because it delves deeper into the origins of the Rebels, a story that has always intrigued fans.

A new Star Wars story has started in Star Wars Outlaws, but is it any good?

Set during an important moment in the franchise, it’s expected that Andor season two will connect the first season to the events of Rogue One.

In turn, this will bring us closer to the narrative we see play out in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

Due to all these connections being made, it’s expected that we’ll finally understand how the Death Star was created without detection.

Considering that this monstrous creation was mistaken for a new moon, it seems unfathomable that it wasn’t noticed not once, but twice.

There’s no confirmation that Andor will tackle this mystery, however, due to its story wrapping up right before Rogue One’s tale begins, the Empire’s plans need to be discovered during this small window.

Consequently, we should get more answers rather than additional questions.

Having finally tackled the erroneous belief that Luke acted alone when blowing up the Death Star, the time feels right for more mysteries and misconceptions to be laid to rest.

Sadly, not every loose end is tied up in the Star Wars universe now that The Acolyte has been cancelled.

As if that wasn’t insulting enough to those who’d hoped for a second season, so-called fans are now review bombing merchandise from the doomed series.

With so much being taken away from us, we can only pray Disney gives us something back, ideally via an explanation for one of the galaxy's most frustrating enigmas.
