Marvel fans are marvelling over one of the best MCU costumes that we’ve ever seen.
After years of Marvel fans wanting it to happen in live-action form (when we refuse to acknowledge Deadpool’s role in X-Men Origins: Wolverine), the dynamic mutant duo finally got together this year in Deadpool & Wolverine. Before we proceed, I will be venturing into Deadpool & Wolverine spoilers.
Check out the Deadpool & Wolverine trailer below!
“Deadpool's peaceful existence comes crashing down when the Time Variance Authority recruits him to help safeguard the multiverse,” reads the synopsis of the 2024 movie. “He soon unites with his would-be pal, Wolverine, to complete the mission and save his world from an existential threat.”

In Deadpool & Wolverine, unlike the X-Men movies, Logan wears his iconic yellow and blue costume. However, there is another iconic costume that never quite made the cut in the movie and only briefly appeared as part of a montage, namely the brown-ochre attire.
Marvel fans finally got what they've waited years for
We did see a glimpse of this costume in a deleted scene as a bonus feature of the home release of The Wolverine (2013) but sadly, this costume has never been featured heavily in live-action. Well, at least not yet.
Marvel fans on Reddit have been discussing the brown-ochre costume and are disappointed that it never featured more prominently in Deadpool & Wolverine.

“I honestly thought it was the best costume in the movie,” said Longwinded_Ogre with ButWereFriends adding “It was. I’m bummed it wasn’t more prevalent but I get it.”
“He should wear this for his next MCU appearance. Easy fix,” suggested Working_Original_200.
“I like the brown suit over the blue and yellow suit,” ZekeorSomething admitted. “A costume with a very colourful scheme kinda clashes with Wolverine’s character.” As you can imagine, most of the Reddit thread was piling on the praise for this lush Logan attire.
No longer available in most cinemas, Deadpool & Wolverine is available now for home digital release with its physical form arriving on 22 October 2024.
