Little has been said on The Elder Scrolls VI since the 2018 E3 reveal of the first trailer, with Bethesda only saying that the game is on track and moving through the development process.
The recent announcement of a silent auction for Make-A-Wish Foundation that will see one fan able to design an NPC for the game, has many thinking more information is on the way.
A second trailer for The Elder Scrolls 6 would be lovely to see this year
Over on Reddit, fans of The Elder Scrolls VI are speculating that we’ll get another trailer this year, perhaps with a launch date attached.

Expensive-Country801 laid out what they think the state of the game is, and how they believe we could get a trailer during 2025.
“There's 1-1.5 years left of development, followed by a 6 month-1 year to refine and market the game. There's reason to be bullish on a trailer and release date announcement coming out this year,” they expressed.
While that’s certainly optimistic, others are not so certain that Bethesda will show their hand so soon.
“I'd say it's more likely than previous years, but still not especially likely,” says Dieselface, who thinks the game will see the light of day in 2027, or even 2028.

It’s noted throughout the thread that Bethesda generally prefer short windows of time between trailers and release of the game.
With this in mind, many are falling on the side of doubt, with one fan saying, “I'd say maybe a very short teaser this year, a cinematic one. We won't get a gameplay trailer until about 6 months out.”
Of course, things could change. In the past, Bethesda were operating on their own, now they’re owned by Microsoft who might want to ramp up hype a little earlier.
This hasn’t gone unnoticed by one fan - “now they’re under Microsoft, so Microsoft might want to change things up.”

Cross your fingers, but don’t get those hopes up too high.
