In huge games such as Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, cunning secrets can be hidden away to be discovered hundreds of hours later. However, some “secrets” are not so cunning but can still take hundreds of hours to discover, for some.
When The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was first released in 2011 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, it became an instant classic enjoyed by millions. “I learned just a couple of days ago that in the Favourites menu, you can bind keyboard keys. A revolutionary concept I tell you! I've been playing for about 500 hours so far,” revealed a sarcastic shazdeh. In case you didn't know, this feature is similar to adding items or weapons as a shortcut on the D-Pad of a controller when playing a console game.
Sure, millions of us may have already known about the ability to bind keyboard keys for easy and quick access to various functions in Skyrim but whether this feature was discovered years ago or today, it’s better late than never.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is available now on various platforms and can be played at no extra cost for those who subscribe to Xbox Game Pass.
