Red Dead Redemption 2 drops free download you've until 5 August to claim

Fans of the Rockstar classic are in luck as, for a limited time only, freebies are available for the 2018 title.

Running from 30 July to 5 August, Red Dead Online is tasking players with exploring “parts unknown” in order to earn collector bonuses including triple rewards on collectible set sales.

Not only that but you can earn double rewards on the featured series, triple XP on Free Roam Missions “and more” according to the official Rockstar website.

The event will see you locate rare collectibles for Madam Nazar as she will now pay handsomely for any deliveries.

With bonuses and rewards available for this limited time, fetching full sets will see you offered 3x the standard amount of Red Dead dollars as well as bonus XP.

By roaming the Frontier and keeping an eye out for Collector Free Roam events, you could see yourself earning rewards until 2 September.

More excitingly however is that you can grab up to three collectibles in order to receive three Dynamite Arrows and 20 Shotgun Buckshot Incendiary Ammo in exchange.

This offer runs until 5 August so don’t miss out if you need some more ammo for all your cowboy adventures.

There are also offers running through August and into September which could see you earn an Established or Distinguished Collector Role Item, Bluewater Marsh Treasure Map, A black Gator Hat and a light gray Carbow Double Bandolier.

Additionally, completing your Collector Daily Challenges three days in a row will see you rewarded with a black Macbay Jacket.

Last but not least, dig up a fossil before 2 September and you can earn the American Wild Flowers Collector’s Map.
