Red Dead Redemption 2 free download unlocks new post-game content

I don’t think any of us would complain if we could access even more Red Dead Redemption 2 content.

Which is why this free download which unlocks new post-game scenes is proving quite popular with fans.

Released in 2018 by Rockstar Games, Red Dead Redemption 2 was the highly successful successor to the first instalment which captured hearts back in 2010.

Telling the story of outlaw Arthur Morgan, the story follows his adventures during the 19th century as well as his exploits as a member of the feared Van der Linde gang.

As a gang member, it is perhaps no surprise that he and his comrades were often hunted down by the Bureau of Investigation and that is certainly what happens over the events of Red Dead Redemption 2.

Throughout the game, we often see two former Pinkerton agents and now agents of the BOI turn up to try and convince the gang members to rat out Dutch in order for freedom.

However, when they learn that their efforts are in vain, they must pursue different avenues in order to implicate the gang boss.

After finding the body of Micah at the end of the game and tracking the killer to John Marston himself, we are unsure what Archer Fordham and Edgar Ross are going to do next.

What we do now know is how they came to this conclusion.

Thanks to a brand-new mod by AClassySliceofToast on Nexus Mods, we can now see a scene from the restored credits.

“This restores the unused credits scene of Ross and Fordham talking to the Strawberry Sheriff,” the description reads.

Although this mod doesn’t feature any new gameplay, it does add a bit more suspense to Red Dead Redemption 2’s ending.
