So, it turns out that one of the free games revealed in yesterday's PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium announcement for January was a mistake, and honestly, we're sort of sad about it.
PlayStation Plus had a very strong 2022, offering subscribers Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, Slay the Spire, God of War, Little Nightmares, Toem and more. As a result, all eyes are on January's titles. Those on the Essential tier got Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fallout 76 and Axiom Verge 2, and as per the blog post, Extra and Premium subscribers will be able to claim Back 4 Blood, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, Life is Strange: Before the Storm and Life is Strange, Sayonara Wild Hearts, Jett: The Far Shore, Erica, Omno, Just Cause 4: Reloaded and Just Cause 4.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor arrives in March - get ready for the game with the reveal trailer below!
A tidy list of contemporary titles, but which one isn't meant to be here? No, the doubled instance of the same game isn't the mistake - Just Cause 4 is included for players who are only able to stream their games.

For fans of neon soaked motorcyclists, surrealist pop and Queen Latifah, steel yourselves. Sayonara Wild Hearts is actually not part of this month's PS Plus lot. But I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. Instead, I infer that Sayonara Wild Hearts is still on its way to PlayStation Plus in the near future, it's an error that someone on the social team at Sony made when copying and pasting over the drafted post. An error that slipped past I imagine several people before the announcement went live, but hey, these things happen.
