Xbox Game Pass includes some bangers

Microsoft has revealed the next five titles that will be joining Xbox Game Pass this October and it includes some absolute bangers.

Regardless of the tier that you subscribe to, Xbox Game Pass offers plenty of fantastic video games to play at no extra cost from AAA big hitters, indie darlings and everything else in between such as exclusive free DLC.

Check out the Sifu trailer below!

This month coming to Xbox Game Pass on console and PC, you can enjoy new additions such as MLB The Show 24, Open Roads, Inscryption, Mad Streets and Sifu. Perhaps the two standout titles are Inscryption which scored 85 on Metacritic and the John Wick-inspired, Sifu which scored 81.

Here’s when all five games are coming to Xbox Game Pass this month:

  • MLB The Show 24 (Xbox Game Pass standard) - 2 October: “Swing for the fences, experience game-deciding moments, become a legend and live out your baseball dreams in MLB The Show 24. Everyone has a moment to own. Everyone has a story to tell. Unlock your moment. Own the show.”
  • Open Roads (Xbox Game Pass standard) - 2 October: “Long-lost family secrets. Hints of a hidden fortune. And miles to go before they sleep. Tess Devine’s relationship with her mom has never been easy, but they’re about to set out together on a journey into the past that they’ll never forget.”
  • Sifu (Game Pass Ultimate/PC Game Pass) - 2 October: “Sifu is a realistic third-person brawler with tight Kung Fu combat mechanics and cinematic martial arts action. Get in the shoes of a Pak Mei disciple on a path to avenge the murder of your family. With countless enemies and no allies, the sheer will to persevere and adapt will be key to unlocking the enigma of becoming Sifu.”
  • Mad Streets (Game Pass Ultimate/PC Game Pass) - 7 October: “Mad Streets is the kind of game that makes you crack a smile all while punching someone in the face. It’s a physics-based party game meshed with a brawler that feels like an evolution to the genre with a deeper system that allows skilled players to direct their blows for face-crunching KO animations that wouldn’t look out of place in MMA highlights.”
  • Inscryption (Game Pass Ultimate/PC Game Pass) - 10 October: “Inscryption is an inky black card-based odyssey that blends the deckbuilding roguelike, escape-room style puzzles, and psychological horror into a blood-laced smoothie. Darker still are the secrets “inscrybed” upon the cards.”

Hopefully, at least one of the above games will tickle you fancy on Xbox Game Pass this month.
