Yes, you’ve probably heard that the third part of the well-loved trilogy didn’t exactly land well with fans, however, the ending that was once such a sticking point was finessed after launch and makes for a better experience now.
This rounds out a trio of games that are considered by many to be tremendous RPGs that managed to combine action-packed battles with delicate storytelling and a brilliant cast of characters.
Bioware, for many, are the masters of RPG crafting and the Mass Effect games can be seen as the pinnacle of their work.
With a scale akin to literary space operas, the games managed to focus in on humanity and our reach across the galaxy despite the impending doom of alien races.

Everything you could ever want is here, including the ability to romance the heck out of your crew - which should really bring in the HR department because there’s a conflict of interests there, surely.
Yes, you still manage to protect the galaxy, but it’s in a James T. Kirk kind of way, where you’re happy to save the day, but it’ll be done while trying to bed down with a sexy alien.
