To celebrate Steam’s current City Builder & Colony Sim Fest, the PC storefront is giving away a bunch of free downloads that you don’t want to miss out on.
Running from now until 31 March, the Steam City Builder & Colony Sim Fest does exactly what it says on the tin and allows PC gamers to get access to discounts, demos, and more throughout the remainder of the month.

This means that titles such as Cities: Skylines, Rimworld, Manor Lords, Cities: Skylines II, and hundreds more are available at a discounted price and of course, you can try out some upcoming entries in the genre for absolutely free.

However, as well as offering Steam users the chance to get their hands on some epic games, there are also some cosmetics up for grabs which will give you the opportunity to deck out your profile.
So if you want to redesign your profile with some freebies, now is your chance.
If you didn’t know, purchasing games via Steam will reward you with points which can be exchanged for items in the Steam Points Shop.
However, these brand-new cosmetics are available for free.

It includes a ‘Expansion’ avatar frame, ‘Formation’ animated sticker, and the ‘City Hub’ animated avatar.
They are, of course, centered around the current Steam fest and will give your profiles a lick of colour whilst also celebrating a love for the city builder genre.
In other Steam news, the Valve storefront is offering over 20 free downloads that you have just one week to claim as well as an extra eight games which you can keep forever.
