That said, if you'd rather own the games you play, the Cooking Fest is also providing discounts on all of its included games, so it’s worth checking the lists and seeing what deals you can snag.
There are a lot of games to cover so here are three of the best-rated ones below, as well as a little bit about them.
The first is PlateUp! which is similar to Overcooked in many ways as it’s a top-down game where you’re fighting against the clock as well as each other to serve up food quickly and efficiently.
If you’d like to know more about it, you can do so through GAMINGbible’s own review of the game.

Next on the list is Galaxy Burger, a game about, you guessed it, making delicious burgers for all who’ll sample them.
The aesthetic on this one is very cute, and there are a lot of different burgers to make with many fitting the theme of space.
Finally, we’ll recommend Tavern Talk, a visual-novel game that doesn’t actually involve any cooking, instead you'll essentially be a barkeep in a Baldur’s Gate 3-esque fantasy world, and it’s really rather delightful.
All of the above games are discounted as part of the Steam Cooking Fest, but if you’d like to try before you buy, there are free demos for all of them available now.
