Saving the world is just par for the course with gamers nowadays, so pulling the world back from the abyss sounds like a challenge we can meet head-on.
This upcoming Steam game is giving off some serious Dark Souls vibes with its fast-paced action moments and brooding atmosphere.
You can try Ringash today on Steam.
Ringash is a “challenging, fast-paced action game,” that seems to combine lots of fantasy inspirations into its world.

There’s a dash of The Witcher 3 in the design aspects on show, but the story has a lot in common with Elden Ring.
As the store page says, “As the 'The Ring' created by the ancient gods was destroyed, the boundary between the real world and the abyss has gradually disappeared. The darkness from the abyss constantly corrupts everything, and the world is on the brink of destruction.”
This ‘ring’ that has broken seems to have bestowed powers on people throughout the world, and it’s up to the player, dubbed a Ringash, to defeat any evil plaguing “the rift between the world and the abyss.”
While there’s no release date for Ringash, you can play a free demo, right now.

There are myriad branching paths through the game and several endings available based on how you play.
This will be one to watch if you like your action fast-paced with a frenetic combo system to wield to skirmishes.
Environmental story-telling is a big part of Ringash, according to the game’s description, where players will be encouraged to discover lore and history throughout the world.
This definitely sounds like it’s channelling several games from the soulslike genre, so it should tick some boxes for fans.
