There's been a lot of talk recently about the value of PlayStation Plus, and growing concerns that the service isn't what it used to be. With increased prices... pretty much everywhere, it's fair to say subscription services have to fighter harder than ever to justify what they're demanding from subscribers.

I can't say everyone will agree with me on this (in fact I know they won't), but I think the latest free games from PlayStation Plus are the best we've seen in ages. Not only are they each excellent games in their own right, their total value adds up to over £100. If you're really attempting to look at PlayStation Plus from a sheerly fiscal standpoint as a subscriber, that's not bad.

Take a look at one of the latest games below!

PlayStation Plus subscribers can probably all agree the price increase a few months back was not a great moment for Sony. Many of the free games release since then haven't been the most popular, either. But this latest drop, available right now? It's a good bunch that deserve a chance.

The three games available right now to all PlayStation Plus subscribers are Sable, LEGO 2K Drive, and Powerwash Simulator. Three very different but equally excellent games that I would urge you to check out if you're still subscribed to the PlayStation Plus service.

LEGO 2K Drive is an absolute blast and a childhood dream come true, while Powerwash Simulator taps into a very different part of your brain that you probably didn't even know existed. It might sound like the most boring concept ever for a game, but I guarantee you it is absolutely gripping stuff.

Then there's Sable, which is one of the most unique and rewarding open-world experiences I've ever had. Yes, we can add up the total value of these games and tell you they clock in at over £100, but in reality they're all worth much more than that. I'm as happy to have a pop at PlayStation Plus as the next guy, but I promise you: this is a brilliant month.
