PlayStation Plus is currently boasting one of the best open-world games ever made, one that’s several times larger than The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is still one of the greatest RPGs of all time, and one of the best overall games ever made.
It’s currently playable at no additional cost via PlayStation Plus right now, and if you haven’t played it already now’s a better time than any to dive in and start your adventure.
Don’t worry if you haven’t played the first two Witcher games either as while you’ll be missing a little bit of context here and there for some of the characters and their relations to Geralt, the game does a great job of filling in the blanks as you go.
The version of the game on PlayStation Plus is the enhanced version too, so PlayStation 5 gamers will benefit from better resolution and faster framerates.

While you can play the game from start to finish with your subscription, the game is currently discounted and you can buy it to own for just £6, worth considering as it’s a big game and there’s no telling when it’ll be removed from the service.
If The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt doesn’t sound like your cup of tea though fear not, as there are plenty of other open-world games worth the time investment if you’re willing to seek them out.
