A free item pack has been made available on PlayStation Plus for all subscribers to download.
The freebie in question is for the free-to-play multiplayer racing/football title Rocket League, and it entitles the redeemer to multiple different customisation items that allows them to change how their car looks.
ICYMI: Extra tier subscribers can now enjoy Dredge.
The pack includes the following four customisation items:
- Anthesis RD Wheels
- Incantor RD Boost
- Swim Ring RD Topper
- Falchion RD Decal for Breakout
Rocket League first released almost a decade ago, in July 2015. It's developed by Psonix, and still maintains a fairly high player count to this day, which is why the developer is still supporting the game. It helps that the title is available on (take a deep breath now) PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC and Nintendo Switch, so it has the maximum possible amount of players. The only thing that could be done to increase the player count, really, is to put the game on Steam at some point in the future, but with the fifteenth season of the game currently ongoing, and no movement from the developers that seems to indicate there's even been a thought about putting the game on Steam, that's more than likely not going to happen.
