And this Christmas you’ve got more chances to earn points, which converts to free credit.
As showcased on Reddit, there are several new campaigns to take part in, but before we get to that…

You can also earn points whenever you play games in campaigns established by Sony - though, you have to start the campaign through your PSN app on your phone.
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can then claim store credit, which knocks off some money on your next purchase.
It’s a tidy way of getting a bargain every once in a while.
Sony are currently running two campaigns, perfect for this time of year.

The first is the ‘30th Anniversary Sale’ campaign, which gives you 200 points for buying any game in the anniversary sale.
Then there’s the ‘HOLIDAY SALE’ campaign, which is the same as the above, but in a different sale, offering 100 points.
Remember, you have to activate the campaign before you buy anything in the sale, or it won’t count.
You can keep track of your points in the app and enjoy some money off when you reach 5,000 points.
