Despite it being well over a decade since the last Harry Potter movie hit cinemas, the franchise is still going strong with a brand-new television reboot on the way and of course, the hit RPG which sees players live their childhood dream of attending Hogwarts.
Just this week, Harry Potter fans were finally told which actors would be taking on the role of our Hogwarts professors in the upcoming HBO reboot.
Check out the launch trailer for Hogwarts Legacy below!
Now to keep the ball rolling or the magic alive so to speak, one hit Harry Potter-inspired game is now free for millions of PlayStation users.

It is Hogwarts Legacy, the 2023 RPG that went on to become the best-selling game of the year.
With a sequel now reportedly in the works, this would be the perfect time to dive into its magical world and better yet, it is completely free for PlayStation Plus Extra members throughout April.
It is available for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users and once downloaded, it is yours to keep forever.
In Hogwarts Legacy, players can create their very own witch or wizard and learn what it would be like to be a Hogwarts student, even if that means sometimes getting entangled in the dark arts.

As well as attending classes, you will also be able to explore the castle, meet mythical beings, play Quidditch, and make your way around Hogsmeade and the surrounding areas. Oh, and there may be the occasional dragon along the way.
Although developers Avalanche Software has not released much in terms of DLC or extra content, even going as far as to cancel its planned expansion and extended edition, Warner Bros. confirms that a Hogwarts Legacy sequel is in development.
However, it may be a few years until we can get our hands on it so diving into the first game for free throughout April is definitely a good call.
