Via the Discord group for the mod, the creators laid out their plans and outlined new support added to the mod, which will improve the multiplayer side of the game.
One of the biggest features is ‘mumble spatial audio’ which will “greatly improve RP potential as you will hear other players relative to your location/rotation/distance”.
RPGs with multiplayer capabilities soon become home to role players, and in-game audio plays a huge part in the enjoyment of the experience.
The mod developers continue explaining their improvements, saying, “We have a better understanding of NPCs now, so we were able to stop using Sebastian and Poppy as base characters which caused other players to throw random voice lines that could get very annoying.”

They go on to say that HogWarp works well with other official mods available through the game’s main menu, and players should be able to install multiple mods at once.
The team is now looking at better using the creation kit to design new mods, and make improvements to HogWarp, though they note, “Spells are still a pain, we are still trying to figure it out…”
Mods for Hogwarts Legacy are coming thick and fast, expanding the world of Harry Potter for fans to gobble up.
At this point, official mod support is only available on PC, consoles players are hoping for an update that will bring a selection of mods to a wider audience.
