Despite everybody and their mother currently waiting for the arrival of Grand Theft Auto VI, for now, we will make-do with the classics.
Luckily, that is easier than ever thanks to a recent video shared by Digital Dreams over on YouTube.
For the first time ever, we can take a look at GTA IV in 4K graphics, featuring ray tracing and using a real life graphics mod.
Spoiler alert, this will be clearer than your eyesight.
The 4K map remaster was made in Grand Theft Auto V and the eight-minute video showcases Liberty City in all its modern-day glory.

As Digital Dreams cruises around its streets, we can see the familiar sights, both during the day and nighttime, as well as that much-loved rain effect capturing the reflection from nearby skyscrapers.
The YouTuber then hops out of the car and takes to the streets on foot, visiting the nearby pier and various other much-loved locations.
As you can imagine, the video soon garnered attention and viewers took to the comments to share their thoughts.
“That's how the game looks as I perceived it back in the day,” one comment read.

Another said, “Damn, that looks better than GTA V itself, even if it's a GTA IV mod in GTA V.”
This creation is not available to download but instead showcases what is possible with today’s technology. You can download Digital Dream's ReShade preset though.
Either way, it is definitely a beauty to behold.
