Nintendo has just announced that a new The Legend of Zelda product is finally back in stock and– oh, nevermind, it’s sold out again.
As revealed on the Nintendo of America Twitter account, the Hyrule Edition edition of the Nintendo Switch Lite is (ahem, I mean, was) back in stock on the official Nintendo website.
“Nintendo Switch Lite: Hyrule Edition is out now!” Nintendo of America revealed. “Includes a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership, a $39.99 value that allows access to a collection of past The Legend of #Zelda games across Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy, Super NES, and NES”.

Of course, while the 12 months of Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack is nice and all, we all know the only reason anyone wants to get their hands on one of these bad boys is because of that sick design.
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, the series most recent entry, is available now.
I personally think this is one of the prettiest consoles Nintendo have put out in a while, which is why I wish they’d have released a version of this for the OLED Switch.

As of writing, and seemingly basically as soon as the tweet went live according to some comments, the Hyrule Edition Nintendo Switch Lite is currently out of stock on their official website… but if you’re that keen to get one, there are other options.
The special edition Switch is still in stock at several other retailers, such as both Amazon and Smyths (if you’re in the United Kingdom, that is). A bunch of other places have in stock too, but it seems that the second cheapest option to nab one is on Amazon.
However it does seem like Nintendo are still selling it for the cheapest price, from what I can tell from a quick Google, so you may want to wait for them to restock it if you want to save a little extra cash.
