YouTuber PewDiePie, also known as Felix Kjellberg, has announced that he and his wife Marzia are expecting their first child, somehow keeping this revelation a secret for months from over 111 million subscribers.
Marzia met Felix when her friend Daizo introduced her to his YouTube videos and she emailed him to say how funny she found his channel. Each to their own, seeing that he's found himself in hot water more than a few times.
In 2011, the two started a relationship, and she moved from her home country of Italy to live with Felix in Sweden. Since then, they've adopted four dogs, two axolotls, one hedgehog, married in 2019, and relocated from the United Kingdom to Japan to permanently settle there last year.

PewDiePie is no longer the most subscribed content creator on YouTube, but his successors are in fine form in these incredible livestream wins and fails:
In a short video uploaded yesterday, the two revealed that they are expecting a baby, and that Marzia's pregnancy started in November. "I’m just so thankful everything’s been going well so far," he said. "Although Marzia has been dealing with sickness, she’s been taking it like an absolute champ. So yeah, I’m going to be a dad. I’m so excited. It’s kinda strange to me, it’s entering new territory, but I feel really ready and so does Marzia."
Given that a huge number of people have grown up with PewDiePie as a household name, the response to the announcement has been filled with joy and surprise, expectedly. "Felix raised an entire generation of 9 year olds, now he can raise his own little one as well. Congrats to both of you, we're all so excited to see you become parents," said one fan. "Time really flies but in a beautiful way this time, cant wait to see you guys in the next chapter of your lives [sic]," added another.
