YouTube star Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson is known for many things - licensed burgers, dangerous challenges, and shouting loudly being among them. Undoubtedly though, he’s best known for his money - namely, how much of it he has, and how much he spends producing the videos on his channel.

As reported by Dexerto, as he creeps closer and closer to his 100 million subscriber milestone, the YouTuber has been teasing fans with what’s in store for the celebration, and it’s sounding like it’ll be pretty wild. Given that at the time of writing, he has 99.1 million subscribers, we definitely don’t have long to wait to see exactly what he’s been working on.

Take a look at some of the funniest livestream wins and fails right here.

“We’ve been working on our 100 million subscriber special all year and it’s my most expensive and insane video ever,” MrBeast wrote on Twitter. “I can’t wait to hit 100 mil and upload this.”

I can’t wait to hit 100 mil and upload this :))

Now, let’s just put this into perspective. You’ll almost certainly recall that it was only last November that the YouTuber spent a whopping $3.5 million on his real life Squid Game recreation video, which saw 456 people competing for a $456,000 cash prize (only without the painful deaths that the show had). At the time, he was criticised by the internet both for supposedly “plagiarising” the original show, and also the fact that it frankly seemed out of touch to spend so much money to recreate it, given the show's themes. Despite all that though, the video has a colossal 272 million views at the time of writing, so it certainly worked out for him.

Regardless of that video’s success, it means that whatever this next project is, it’s going to cost over $3.5 million. What you could even spend that much money on in a single video is beyond me, unless he’s just planning on giving it all away. Again, we probably don’t have long to wait and see - watch this space.
