As I'm sure you know, beloved actor Kevin Conroy passed away earlier this year. He was best known to generations of fans as the voice of Batman in the classic Batman: The Animated Series and the Arkham video games.

Conroy played Batman for over 30 years in film, TV, and across several video games. Now, it's been confirmed that his final, posthumous appearance as The Dark Knight will come in Rocksteady's Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League.

Take a look at the trailer below!

The trailer will no doubt come as a bittersweet reveal to fans everywhere. Conroy's Batman was such a huge part of many childhoods, and his darker version of the character in the Arkham video games allowed him to explore new shades. The fact he was able to share one last performance with the world is something I think we can all look forward to.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is currently aiming for a 2023 release. Developed by Arkham studio Rocksteady, it will see the titular Suicide Squad embark on a mission to take out a brainwashed Justice League, including Superman, The Flash, and Batman.

Fans will no doubt want to know how Batman can be around in this game, given that it's set in the same universe as Arkham Knight and... well, we all know how that ended for old Bruce Wayne. Doubtless Rocksteady will have a fun answer for us. Or it's simply set before Arkham Knight. Either way, more Kevin Conroy? You've got me.
