If you happen to be a Hogwarts Legacy fans desperate for even more magical RPG fun, we've got just the thing for you.
Hogwarts Legacy is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, one of the biggest games of... well, pretty much ever. Not only has it sold roughly a gazillion copies, but it's already generating sequel discussions. As the Harry Potter RPG passes its first anniversary and the promise of new DLC looms, there are plenty of reasons to head back to the wizarding world.
While we don't know when exactly developer Avalanche Software plans to dish out the aforementioned brand-new DLC, there are plenty of fan projects you can check out - for free - that'll keep you ticking over.

One such download is a mod that gives you the option to play through Hogwarts Legacy in first-person, which is actually such an inspired choice for the RPG I'm amazed it wasn't always an option. We get serious Skyrim vibes watching players explore the castle via this new perspective, and everything looks that much grander. You can download the mod in question for yourself right here.
More than anything else, playing through the game again in first-person really helps you to appreciate just how much work Avalanche Software put into designing Hogwarts Castle. Even if the rest of the open world falls into the trap of being really quite generic, nobody can argue that the castle itself is an beautifully designed bit of work that's an absolute joy to explore.
Of course since this mod will only work with the PC version of the game, console players will have to wait until later this year to see what Avalanche has been cooking. Given the huge success of Hogwarts Legacy, however, we'd be amazed if it wasn't something really quite substantial.
