With fans eagerly awaiting the release of Grand Theft Auto 6 in 2025, talk has already turned to how much the Rockstar title will be when it finally hits the shelves.
This month saw the eagerly anticipated first-ever Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer and as you can imagine, it has pretty much broken the internet. With the video currently sitting at 140 million views on Youtube, it has solidified itself as perhaps the most anticipated video games of all time.
However, with video game prices increasing dramatically in recent years, some fans are concerned that the Rockstar title may include a hefty price tag. For Take Two's CEO Strauss Zelnick, he has revealed that AI may play a part in it.

During the Paley International Council Summit, Zelnick revealed that the integration of AI could enhance games such as Grand Theft Auto 6. However, although the quality may increase, the process of developing games would not become faster or cheaper. As a result, players should not expect a price decrease for upcoming titles.
It is also worth noting that AI is still not a widely accepted development, with recent titles such as The Finals finding itself in hot water for featuring AI-generated voice acting. However, with the technology advancing at a rapid pace, it will become even harder to avoid it.
Additionally, although Zelnick was comparing his insights to work on Grand Theft Auto 6, the Grand Theft Auto title is not confirmed to have any AI technology involved. Furthermore, it still leaves fans in the dark on how much they will be expected to pay to get their hands on the first GTA title in over 10 years.
Despite this, there is no doubt that Grand Theft Auto 6 will perhaps become one of the fastest selling games of all time when it releases in 2025.
