GTA 6 Online teaser has fans seriously hyped

GTA 6 Online teaser has fans seriously hyped

The hype train stops for no one

We’re not in the homestretch yet, but the hype for GTA VI persists.

Try as we might to play it cool, any and all details about GTA VI has us buzzing with anticipation.

Fans are currently marking their calendars for 12 December after further theorising about that second trailer.

A trailer that’s been delayed due to fans, according to one developer.

Whether we’re adequately prepared or not, it looks like GTA VI will dominate 2025 – Bloomberg reporter, Jason Schreier, has suggested as much in a recent article.

However, that's not what's got Rockstar fans giddy today, it’s the prospect of GTA VI Online.

In recent months, GTA Online has experienced an upgrade.

Let's watch the GTA VI trailer and see what other theories we can come up with

Redditor TS040 remarked on the “much much higher quality” of the assets utilised. While this doesn’t automatically mean GTA VI will have an online counterpart, Rockstar’s dedication to improving the service hints at such a feature.

What is more, it’s been said that the new GTA will feature a “significant online mode”.

Considering this is how GTA V has continued to tick over despite it being a decade old game, it makes sense that Rockstar would want a similar mechanic to feature in GTA VI.

We can debate the likelihood of an online mode until the cows come home, but what isn’t up for debate is the fact that a lot is riding on this new title.

In the words of AdCheap475, “If this fails, it's over for Rockstar.”

We’re not certain it would be the end of the publisher, though we agree it would be a difficult journey back if GTA VI flops.

Much like most of the speculation shared among the GTA community, we need to assume nothing and question everything.

Sadly, not everyone got the memo.

GTA VI Online may not be real, however, fans are excited at the prospect of it happening. Even more so when it means the hype of the new game never has to end.

We’re going to be writing about this game until we die, aren’t we?
