Grand Theft Auto VI is without question one of the most highly anticipated games in years, since well, GTA V.
This is quite funny when you consider that developer Rockstar Games hasn't released any official material for the upcoming game. At this time, GTA VI doesn't have a release date, no trailer has been revealed, nor has any gameplay or story details. All we know for sure is that GTA VI is in development, as announced nearly two years ago.

For now, at least, we’ve had to make do with those infamous gameplay leaks that were taken from an early build. We’ve also had to settle with a constant flurry of rumours and speculation, such as the series taking us back to the Miami-inspired location of Vice City. It is also reported that GTA VI will feature two playable characters named Jason and Lucia, said to be inspired by the historic crime duo, Bonnie and Clyde.

Yet, despite having nothing to chew on, fans of Grand Theft Auto can’t stop talking about the next entry in the long-running series. Fans have speculated, given theories, spoke of what they’d like to see in the game and more. However, one recent debate is perhaps a little more disturbing than most. A recent topic of discussion has been about whether or not we should be able to kill children in GTA VI.
“I’m fine with killable kids in GTA VI,” tweeted SWEGTA. “Wastling thousands of adults is fine, but you push one kid off a cliff and suddenly you’ve gone too far? Pfffh.” It’s worth keeping in mind that the tweet has no tone of context, so to give the benefit of the doubt, it could have been tweeted in jest.
Regardless, that hasn't stopped a Reddit thread from discussing whether or not this should be a genuine feature in Grand Theft Auto VI.
“I'll be honest, I see no problem. It's the moral dilemma of the player. Do you or don't you, but the ability should be there,” expressed a Reddit user. “For example, I'll never kill a horse in Red Dead Redemption or a dog or anything like that in a video game. Why? Because it upsets me. But, the ability is there. It can happen, but not by me.”

“I personally think that killable children is not an absolutely terrible thing, as long as they don't look like actual children,” said another. “I don't see any problem with his statement. There is no difference between killing a child and an adult. By saying "killing kids is unacceptable" we're implying that killing adults is also acceptable, but it's not,” adds this Redditor.
On the other side of the coin, there were of course those opposed to killing kids in games. “Killing kids is definitely worse than killing adults,” declared TechieTravis. “In real life, maybe. In video games, no. Killing kids will have the game banned across the world,” exclaimed Phuxsea.
In related news, it’s been claimed that GTA VI will have a whopping file size of 750GB. Yikes! What’s more, Rockstar Games' parent company, Take-Two Interactive has hinted that GTA VI could be released in 2025.
It is expected that Grand Theft Auto VI will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
