GTA VI fans are in no hurry for the game to be released with fans wanting Rockstar Games to take all the time it needs.
There’s no doubt that when the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto series arrives, it will likely be the hottest topic in entertainment and not just in the world of video games. GTA V is already one of the best-selling games ever and Rockstar Games will be hoping that GTA VI will be no exception.

Before it was officially announced, fans and media outlets alike couldn't stop talking about GTA VI, especially with all those infamous leaks. The trailer was accompanied by a 2025 release window, which Rockstar later narrowed down to fall of 2025. That’s assuming, of course, that it suffers no delays.
However, video games are no stranger to release date delays, especially when it comes to the games belonging to Rockstar.
That being said, release date delays should always be welcomed if they're for the benefit of the quality of the game, case and point, the launch woes of Cyberpunk 2077.
“Does anyone think Rockstar Games might delay GTA VI the way it did with Red Dead Redemption 2?” asked Redditor Total-Sand-7190.

“I don't mind at all. Rockstar knows this is the most anticipated game of all time, and if it needs a little more time, then it probably needs a little more time. I'm excited regardless,” replied doyouhaveballs.
“Hopefully, delays can only be a good thing in the gaming industry,” said TRIPOWER93.
“I’m 100% sure it will delay,” predicted YourLocalMoroccan.
“Rockstar does it to all its games and it always will. They are perfectionists,” cyberbagtv said.
