God of War fans are left feeling disappointed after an update from Kratos himself, Christopher Judge, leaves them wanting.

A recent rumour spread on social media via a Twitter account that claimed Christopher Judge would have “multiple God of War announcements in the next two weeks.”

The next appearance of Kratos will be in Amazon Prime's show Secret Level

Judge himself took to the platform to deny this by saying, “Absolutely not true!”

The God of War star continued his update, stating, “You can’t tease something you know nothing about.”

This implies that there are no updates on the God of War games due in the coming months, which leaves many fans heartbroken.

The social post finished up with Judge commenting, “I will be making announcements in the near future, I can guarantee none of them will be about OUR beloved God of War. I am awaiting updates just like everyone else.”

Of course, this led to fans replying to this statement.

One was very sensible and normal, “I really appreciate this response. Diplomatic and informative.”

While others were more, let’s say, emotional, “I literally just want ports this is genuinely annoying, I'm not in the field of video game design, but it can't be this hard.”

Christopher Judge isn’t only well know for his role as Kratos and many fans are zeroing in on his past with Stargate SG-1.

“I still have hope that we see Stargate return in some way in the future,” says one Twitter user.

That would be great. It’s about time Stargate got some more love.

Who knows what Judge will be announcing, but it’s clear it is not God of War related.

We’ll just have to hold out hope that next year brings something new for the franchise.

For now, we’ll let the fans go off on Judge’s capitalization of the word ‘OUR’ in his tweet, “‘OUR’ as in… No Norse updates??”
